Mother of Pearl shapes cut from natural contoured shell

The shapes shown above are only examples of what can be done we can produce any shape you require within the constraints of the material and tools.

These pieces are cut from the natural shell and polished without being ground flat. The front of the piece shows the natural colour and pattern of the shell, while the back is the bark of the shell smoothed and polished to enhance its feel and appearance. This material can be an economical alternative to our flat pieces for a more natural appearance where precision flatness is not required. You may also find its natural appearance more attractive than the flat pieces for some uses such as pendants, wind chimes or many other decorative items.
